ESS Fire 5.0L Fire Supression System

The 5.0 liter system is a racing approved system by SCCA, PRO-SCCA, Trans Am, World Speed Challenge, American LeMans, NASA, and others. This is a 4 nozzle, 3 zone system utilizing the newest T-style nozzle, bulkhead fitting, 20 ft of aluminum tubing and the other features of the 2.3 liter system. This system will be tested under SFI 17.1 by mid - 2005.

This system was created for the hardcore racer. It is designed to provide three zones of coverage - driver, engine, and fuel cell. The aluminum cylinder and hardware keep down the weight and yet the 5 liters of suppression agent provides better coverage than the competition. The 5 liter system will produce approximately 30 liters of foam when activated, enough to subdue the most stubborn fire. As in our other systems, you clean up with water and can recharge the system at the track with a recharge kit (retail under $70) and fresh water. The stainless steel t-bolt mounting brackets allow easy access for tech inspection and storage during the off season.

ESS Fire 2.3L Fire Supression System

The 2.3 liter system is approved by SCCA, NASA, PCA, BMW Club, and others for competition and track days. This is a 3 nozzle system utilizing our T-style nozzle design, a bulkhead tee fitting for two nozzle coverage of the engine compartment, all fittings, stainless steel mounting brackets, pull cable activation, our re-designed pull cable mounting bracket for easy installation, 10 ft. aluminum tubing, and detailed instructions

This system is a two zone system. It is designed to give protection to two zones in the event of a fire - most commonly the driver and the engine. In place of the engine the fuel cell could be the second zone.

ESS Fire 1.0L Fire Supression System

ESS Fire brings you the best fire suppression system on the market today. It is more economical and the ONLY system that can be re-filled/re-charged at the racetrack by YOU. These systems use AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) technology with a patented extinguishment system that not only suppresses the fire but helps prevent flashback. The patented system used AFFF with Carbon Dioxide (CO2) propellant to create a safe and highly effective extinguishment system. AFFF and CO2 are both approved extinguishment agents as well as environmentally friendly, unlike the existing Halon 1211 and 1301. (HALON is outlawed in the rest of the world due to it's bad effects on the environment).
