Why is the light flashing red?
- If the LED indicator on your Chaser unit is flashing red, this means the battery is low and the device requires recharging.
Why is my device not pairing?
- This can sometimes occur if the previous device user is within range, and is still connected to the device. In this case, either ask the previous drive to UNPAIR the device, or hold the power button the put the Chaser into PAIRING MODE.
Why is the audio not working?
- In lead follow applications, it does rely on cell signal. If signal is spotty at track, a traditional system might be better for you.
